Initial Consultation

You select one of Smart Set Builders’ house plans. We outline the scope of work, project requirements, and your desired timeline.

Project Assessment

Smart Set Builders will outline the materials needed, labor costs, and any other factors that influence the total project expenses.

Flat-Fee Agreement

Based on the building plan you choose, we give you a flat fee covering all the costs related to the construction. This fee remains fixed, regardless of any unforeseen circumstances or changes that may arise during the project.

Contract Signing

Together we’ll sign a contract outlining the project details, responsibilities, timelines, and the agreed-upon flat fee.

Project Execution

Smart Set Builders begins construction, adhering to the agreed-upon schedule, specified materials and design elements.

Project Management

Smart Set Builders oversees its work crews to ensure the project is in keeping with the highest building standards.

Completion & Handover
